We do not tolerate unprofessionalism in the Tucson market place or on 10bestTucson.com. If a service gets a complaint we immediately call the business in question and the client.  We give the business two weeks to resolve the issue before we red flag them on our site.  We will then notify the AROC and the BBB.  At this point the business has two more weeks to clear the problem before they are removed from our site.
