How It Started  We wanted to come up with a way of finding the best home improvement professionals that you could rely on whenever called upon for exceptional work here in our home town of Tucson. Many ideas were batted around as we formulated the criteria we needed to ?qualify? these trades not only for ourselves but to share them with our fellow neighbors. That?s where the 10bestTucson.com web site came in. The site had to be easy to use and it had to contain the best of the best contractors in as many categories as we knew would be viable to our area. Having formulated the categories and the contractors we needed to come up with standards of quality that covered the level of customer service that was necessary to implement our process. The Qualifying Process:Qualification is a two step process, initially we make sure the prospective company meets the following criteria:
At this stage we send our qualification officers with a survey to verify the information we collected. The qualification officer gets detailed information on the business such as the amount of jobs they take on monthly, what kind of training their employees recieve, equipment inspections, insurance carriers, safety standards and much more. This gives us a chance to interview the company as well as to examine the premises and review the employee hiring process. On top of that we also call and interview 3 clients to see if they where satisfied with the services they received. Once the business gets qualified they are able to recieve our blue certification seal for an entire year.
Businesses that passed the first stage get awarded with our review sticker for an entire year. No, the contractors are listed in the order they were added.

In addition to the qualification process you can read the actual customer reviews for each company.
What?s your termination policy?
You can file a complaint through us, and we will then try to resolve the complaint. If the contractor gets 3 unresolved complaints we will remove them from our site.
We have already inspected over 1000 businesses in Tucson. You can have an associate or former client recommend your business for review which will begin the qualification process.
