I found both the people in the office and the tech that did my actual cleaning to be just wonderful. What amazed me was that the tech who cleaned also offered me solutions to damaged carpet vs replacing my carpet which could save me thousands. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

Fabulous job!!! I've used Schmitz twice to clean my carpets, tile and air ducts...both times they've done a great job.

When I called to make my appointments they were very flexible with scheduling and when I left messages they promptly returned my phone calls!

When the tech arrived at my house he helped me move my furniture that I was unable to move on my own. The tech assessed my carpet and throw rugs throughly and was able to lift my everyday stains plus dramatically lighten hair dye. Schmitz did a great job on my tile too...the grout looks new.

The greatest benefit was that my house wasn't left smelling like chemicals.
