Since 1962, Tri-City Mechanical has been providing Arizona with HVAC service and maintenance to residential, commercial, and low-temp clients. Additionally, Tri-City Mechanical offers indoor air quality (IAQ) testing and remediation as well as HVAC preventative maintenance service. Furthermore, we service all makes and models of HVAC equipment. Our service area encompasses most of Southern Arizona; i.e., from Tucson we orbit out to Oracle and beyond, south to Nogales , and east to Sierra Vista and all communities between.

The finest HVAC company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business. I was treated courteousy and professionally throughout the sales and install process. Prior to purchasing, I received excellent service from this firm as well. I would and do recommed Tri-City Mechanical to all seeking an excellent HVAC company.

Tri-City Mechanical- I received no sales pitch. Financing was never discussed. The Trane 4 Ton motor burned out within 2 weeks of installation for which I received a pre-lien on my property even AFTER I spoke to the President of the company. The crane operator also damaged my driveway. There is NO communication between the employees of this company. Stay away from Tri-City!
