I really liked Drainmasters, I've used a lot of companies and I have always had problems, the people were nice to work with, my plumber that came to my home was very nice and friendly. The most important thing was that they worked quickly, fixed the problem and charged me less than the estimate!
I would use them again, I highly recommend them.

When I called them they were here in less then an hour.Very frrindly and helpful.Work was done fast.
The bill was much less then expected even though it was an emergency on a sunday!

This was our second experience having Drainmaster out to unclog our Kitchen sink drain. The plumber was polite and efficient both times. The phone dispatcher was pleasant and helpful. Only one issue: Our appointment was for 10am-12noon and the service person arrived after 1PM--I would have appreciated a call before noon to let me know that things were running late. Oh well!

DrainMasters' service was great, starting with a friendly and well-organized scheduling by Brenda. A super-competent plumber, Gerry, arrived slightly later than our appointment but with a telephone call informing me of the delay. He was efficient, friendly, and neat.; our toilet was repaired and re-seated in short order, with the work area left tidy. Gerry also gave me care instructions for the new installation, and presented an entirely reasonable bill. Every service provider should take lessons!
